LATEST MUSIC
Things Are Looking Up is a new collection of songs written specifically for the instrumentation of B3 Organ, Guitar, Saxophone and Drums. After playing an outdoor festival in the summer of 2022 with guitarist, Nate Radley and pianist/organist, Ana Petrova, I knew that this sound and this combination of musicians was something I wanted to do more of. Around the same time, I went to hear my old friend Troy Roberts' "Nu Jive" at Sculler's Jazz Club and was so inspired by his playing and writing that the next day I wrote "Hammershank" with him in mind and invited Troy to join us for this session. I hope you enjoy listening to this music as much as I enjoyed composing and recording it with these stellar musicians!
